I really loved these; very cool. Until a customer told us they were not legal in Oregon without a Quarantine Certificate. Both Faire and the company allowed a return even though it was past the window. The reason I gave M.A. one star is that when I contacted them abt a return, their response indicated they already knew about the quarantine requirement. I don't know if they knew before I ordered or after, but they never informed me. Very embarrassing to find out from a customer.

We find ourselves ordering moss balls frequently because they fly off the shelf. If there is ever an issue with a broken glass, they fix any issue immediately. This is a company you absolutely want to work with and support.

These are made of kernels, whatever that means. We found this out by doing a water change, not because moss amigos publishes this information anywhere. After reaching out to moss amigos about this issue, they were very defensive to say that I should have known this information, because they made a “very public blog post” about it. I asked for a return of product because I feel deceived, and they said no and in turned wanted to help us market them at our store instead.
