The rich brown color is derived from the black birch species of a birch tree from which the sap is extracted. After the sap is collected, it is distilled to make birch oil. There was one case damaged on shipping (NOT their fault) and before I even knew what was going on they had already taken care of it and sent us a replacement!! I say that is AWESOME customer service right there! Our customers absolutely love their Sodas too!

The Patrons of our Cafe love this brand and we do too! Goes great with our selection of sandwiches! They are sweetened but not too sweet. The flavors are wonderful and the label designs are super dope. Shipping was quick and they were packaged well! Every flavor we have had is hit, but right now everyone is all about that sarsaparilla!
