Galician honeys, milflores, are made up of a wide range of different plants, which give them their special characteristics and are of recognized quality all over the world. The species that contribute most to our honeys are: Castaño, Silva, (bramble), Heather, Eucalyptus, holm oak, oak and wild plants. Our apiaries are located throughout Galicia, from the coast to the high mountains, giving us a great richness and variety of honeys. Our careful extraction process is very simple to respect and preserve the properties and flavor of honey as produced by bees. 1. We collect the honeycombs in the hives 2. we extract it by cold spinning 3. We deposit it in the drums and give it 15 days of rest 4. we pack and label it ready for you
