Hi Devra, Yes, about half of our collection includes a zippered pouch filled with naturally scented lavender warming beads. The pouch is designed so parents can warm it in the microwave and place it back inside the plush for extra-comforting, warm hugs. It's a feature that many families and retailers really enjoy. We're sorry to hear it wasn't to your liking. If you'd prefer to return your plush, we'd be happy to provide a full refund. I am 100% satisfied with my first order. Since Jellycat closed my account (carried them for over 20 years and was ditched last year, the ugly story with Jellycat you probably know), I have been looking for plush brands with quality and style. I really think this brand offers better quality than Jellycat or most of other brands I have tried so far. (One thing, I might like them better without zippers on bottoms). I will be a regular buyer for sure!
