I love the products I get, but on a couple of occasions I’ve had big issues with UPS. They’ll hold your order and NOT contact you - then charge you warehouse fees. They will extort you for massive amounts of money that you were never told you’d be charged & fees that they don’t even explain- I had a $125 order once that was held for three weeks and then sent an $800 bill. I refuse to pay and they sent me to collections. To other sellers here- I’m looking into a class action fyi.

We're always hesitant to order from outside the US due to customs and surprise charges. This arrived in just a few days with no customs issues! We love everything and we will be reordering knowing that it's not a problem to get this delivered to the US.
