Natasha was very responsive to my questions and messages both before & after ordering. The bath bombs were all carefully wrapped for safe shipping (I plan on upcycling that bubble wrap for my order shipments). I also love that the bath bombs are in a bio-degradable shrink wrap. My customers love the bath bombs, we will be reordering!
