I received items that were so caked in dirt they were unrecognizable. Big items that had obviously been broken, repaired then shipped out, like this big rice jar. The repair is in your face noticeable and the item not sellable. It's exhausting dealing with these claims with Faire and I don't think Blue Ocean cares as they never replied to my concerns.

3 bowls ended up damaged and the other 2 looked nothing like photos. I am happy with the vases and glad some of the bowls made it intact. Shipping was very fast but pricey

The demijohn bottle was clear — not green as pictured. The Bulgarian bowls did not have the colors painted on the bowls, as pictured. And the wooden architectural elements were covered in dirt and had to be cleaned off.
