ASSEMBLY FOR DESSERTS Mouhalabieh is a traditional Lebanese dessert with a light texture; this milk flan flavored with orange blossom is usually sprinkled with crushed pistachios. Our Mouhalabieh mix is intended to be indulgent like a sweet dukkah, composed of a delicious blend of nuts, date and maple sugars, and enhanced with rose petals. It is generously sprinkled on your mouhalabieh for a dessert as good as it is beautiful. This mix can also transform a labneh (fermented milk from Levantine cuisine) into a sweet recipe or be sprinkled on Greek yogurt. In pastry, it can also coat almond paste balls previously dipped in an orange blossom syrup.
