We have placed a few orders from this vender the quality is decent fast shipping but unfortunately, I messaged this vender several times with no response which is extremely frustrating. I am a business owner and understand getting busy/overwhelmed but without your customers there would be no business. I couldn't imagine ghosting one of my customers if they had issues with their order/items. PLEASE improve your customer service! unfortunately we will not be returning customers.
