I ordered 18 candles. 3 of them arrived shattered. The invoice in the box asked buyers kindly to not report any damaged products and to reach out to them directly. As a business owner, I understand this so I reached out. She responded and said she would send out 3 new ones. I have followed up with them 3 times and she has just stopped responding. It seems they do this to buy time so then they don't have to take responsibility for broken items. Lesson learned. Dont be nice. Just make the claim!

They shipped only half of our order with a note saying the other half shipped in a seperate box. We trusted this even with no tracking. We reached out once and they never responded so we claimed it to be replaced.They then send a message asking me to remove the claim bc it makes them look bad. I said sure please send me tracking. Nothing. Sent 3 more messages no response and they were read. My charges were still on invoice bc it was past claim time. I think they do this on purpose. Never again!
