Flavored linguini! It could be a gimmick that uses lots of unnatural ingredients but not these! All natural, beautiful colors and bright flavors that shine through the sauces. Orange linguini with Gorgonzola, pistachio, oven dried tomato and mint… yum! Lemon Linguini with artichokes and Bonito tuna conserva… delicious! Red wine linguini with mushrooms, herbs, garlic and Nebbiolo wine… divine! I love coming into work each day and hearing of all of the wonderful dishes our customers cooked!
