In one order, one shirt was dirty and another had no button. I didn't receive a credit note but a new shirt because I was forced into a new order (otherwise no compensation), and for the other I would again have had to place a new order and then I would have been sent a button to sew on since the customer had already bought a shirt of poor quality.
