Not too hard, not too soft! Just add olive oil and egg to our mix and bake on a cookie sheet; cut diagonally into long cookies and bake again to give them that crisp texture perfect for dunking! What is your favorite flavor? Almond, Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Raisin, or Lavender! It's too hard to choose, so get them all! Handcrafted in small batches in Ailey, GA. The mixes are packaged beautifully. The first day we had a tasting with the raspberry white chocolate scones and the shortbread. By the end of the day we had sold through almost all of them! We have already reordered.
