The books and journals are absolutely beautiful but the shipping takes forever. After ordering several times, I now know I need to allow at least 3 weeks from the time of the order to receive my items. Not great when you're trying to keep items stocked in a small business.

Love this brand and the value. Would have given it 5 stars, however number on the actual item is not the item number you use on your invoice/packing slips, when you have ordered 80+ items with each having different numbers this is very time consuming. Please consider either utilizing the sku number or the item number on the product instead of your own reference number. Took an hour to receive in one order.
