We placed three orders and received our first one. Our customers loved them, but we had to cancel our other two. We were told they would ship and product never arrived. We are purchasing from other companies that can fill orders and have better communication.

We’ve spent over $8200 over the last year and a half- you think that would mean something?! Been waiting months for an order to arrive, with no response from the owner. If you get a response, it’s a lie saying the items were shipped when they weren’t. Faire shipping says 7-10 days which IS A JOKE. Never ever once have we gotten an order in 4 weeks or less. Quality of cookies is the only reason we kept ordering, but I won’t give them another cent because they don’t care about their customers.

We ordered from this brand on Jul 8, we didn't receive our order until Aug 5. We opened the order, over 90% of the order was broken or melted. We then tried to contact the brand & share our concern & ask for a new order or credit. Their response was that they would ship it out immediately & the rest would ship out ASAP. The response of the brand takes about 1-2 days. They then said it would be shipped out Aug 26. We have asked for a tracking number everyday since & still have no info of arrival.
