There were misaligned expectations with the photo representation and description including a frame with the art piece. We let Premium Travel Art know and suggested an update of their description to avoid misaligned expectations for future customers. They initially offered to buy their frames for 50% off, but after following up, no answer and no offer code or link was provided. Unfortunately without the frames, we can't sell this product at that price point. Good art, poor customer experience.
