I received a package and obviously due to multiple stickers. It said do not crush do not break, but yet the owner of the company sent me to shrink wrap containers of the bath salts, but also charged me for the replacement so I received a box that was smashed up and, I end up taking the hit for replacing two items so not happy with that and not sure why that . Some of the product was shrink wrapped, and others weren’t so I’m not sure why that was but I received 12 that was not shrink wrapped
