This companies packaging is the best I have seen in 45 years in the industry. Every single item is protected so well the shippers could have drop kicked it into the store and it would still be safe. Very impressed. I did have a small issue with my order and it was addressed with good grace and incredibly quickly. The customer service from this brand is outstanding. Pricing is quite high for some larger items for the finish but they are so unique Im hoping that will not be detrimental to sale
