HOW TO USE On your knees or toes, engage your core and keep your back straight. You may not be able to roll out as far as you would like. Gradually ease yourself to roll out further on each ab roll. Engage your core and resist the urge to do a push up. Hold for 35 seconds, try not to arch your back and then slowly pull back to the starting position.
