Already had to ship a replacement to upset customer - missing stone. I had been so focused on ensuring the round part at the top matched in size of other earring—since most don’t—that I missed it. Product descriptions need improvement. MSRP is too high for the quality of some items. One set of earrings had paper backing that didn’t match the image or description. That said, some items in my order were cute but I would not reorder. She did say I could ship back the earrings but I ordered 6 so.

so so soo beautiful! comes in so many colors and variations - but sadly they tarnished easily when with water.. be careful on holiday, swimming, shower etc, other than that very nice

I ordered a bunch of these bracelets due to them being popular. Sadly, the chain rusted almost immediately after I wore one to test. I didn’t go swimming or get it wet, but just simply wearing it out and about for a week the chain was destroyed. The charms held up very well so I used those to make another bracelet in hopes of salvaging some costs.
