Description
Big Bertha is, as her name suggests, a behemoth of a rolling pin. With almost two feet of rolling space (26" with handles) and a thick roller (3.5” in diameter), Big Bertha allows for plenty of leverage when working with large pastries. Big Bertha is very popular among the fancy cookie bakers. Handmade in Tennessee, using Black Walnut, Cherry and Maple. I refer to these rolling pins as functional art.
