YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE YOGURT OR COTTAGE CHEESE THAT HAS BEEN WHIPPED IN A BLENDER IN PLACE OF SOUR CREAM. IT WILL GIVE A DIFFERENT TASTE AND CONSISTENCY. The quality is excellent. My only remark is to read ingredients well. Some of the items are the same just a funny name applied. For example the cranberry pecan fruit dip is the same as Frosty fruit dip. Just a different label. I have compared all but I suspect the same thing on others.

I was very excited when I got my shipment and the products are beautiful, but one item (dilly cucumber dip mix) was missing. When I checked Faire, it said items were out of stock. It would have been a nice heads up to know those weren't coming as I've already started advertising all the items in my shipment. The fulfilment time is long, but i was aware of that when I ordered. Wish I could get quicker.
