When received I notified Viski about the film on glass & dissapointment that a quality product would be delivered. Who wants to wash glasses prior to selling? I hand washed the glasses & easily reordered the broken glass. Washed the new glass upon arrival. When I went to place on display shelf the glasses were dirty again. Two different shipments! Same problem. Now I am returning & am with incomplete set & refused the return(red,white,martini) because they are out of box. Starting over& wasted $

The on the rocks glasses are lovely. I expected them to be in a gift box as was shown whne I ordered. But they are fine and hope I get some orders.
