OUTSIDE GREETING: Happy Anniversary! INSIDE GREETING: Many happy journeys ahead. This stylish duo conveys best wishes for the road ahead! We discovered the honeymoon-bound couple on a 1935 advertising poster for Peugeot, the oldest scooter manufacturer. Created by Max Ponty, it's a great anniversary card for a glamorous couple. Max Ponty (1904-1972) was a French illustrator and graphic designer renowned for his iconic poster art of the 1930s. He is best known for his advertising art for Maritime Co, promotional materials for tourism destinations, and designing the enduring logo for Gitanes, a French cigarette brand. Despite limited biographical details, he remains a significant figure in Art Deco-era illustration. This product was custom-designed and created at our location in Seattle.
