It’s ceramics, things can come broken and let me say their customer service is phenomenal! Mind you I have purchase a couple hundred ceramics by now and have only had issues with a handful coming broken or chipped and they respond so quickly and are so kind. I can’t be more grateful to your team! Thank you so much your packaging is excellent, the response time to any questions is top tier, quality of products are gorgeous.
