We love TeaLyra Products. Unfortunately, their customer service is lacking. This shipment was stuck in customs for weeks. We reached out to TeaLyra to see what could be done. We received zero response from them. We reached out to Faire--they replied immediately. They reached out to Tea Lyra as well with no response. We could see they had read our message. After a week of reaching out to TeaLyra and the shipping company--we cancelled the order.
