I've been a longtime fan of Folk and was excited to get this in my shop as the magazine and products would be a perfect match for our customers. I'm so disappointed in our experience. I'm the first person to understand delays, but the original packing slip claimed the rest of our order would be shipped separately and this was months ago. I tried contacting Ben/this brand numerous times and have yet to receive an update.

Wish I had actually gotten my complete order; or at least a response from my messages to the brand. My Christmas magazines were missing from my order. My clients loved the products, but I don’t love the service.
