The handwritten script feels intimate and insistent, as if love itself needed reassurance, or perhaps simply wanted to linger. It is tender, unguarded, and quietly powerful, a reminder that saying it once is never quite enough. Handcrafted in our New York City studio using the traditional French art of decoupage, this bent-glass tray is made one at a time, layering expressive lettering beneath glass and firing it into permanence. The surface is luminous and tactile, with subtle variations that make each piece feel deeply personal. Every tray is individually signed by Ben, grounding it in his distinctive aesthetic for the charming and the unusual. Designed to live beautifully in the everyday, the tray is food safe, wipe clean, and finished with a felted back. It can rest flat on a tabletop, stand on a gallery easel, or hang with a plate hanger as a softly spoken declaration that never wears out.
