Current Blend: 75% Huila Colombia | 25% Danche Ethiopia Sure Thing is a blend of two coffees roasted slightly further than our single-origins, aiming to create something that performs well with various brewing methods: espresso, filter, or cold brew. This blend combines two washed coffees, 75% Colombian and 25% Ethiopian, resulting in a silky, bright, and syrupy sweet flavor profile. The roast is designed to avoid bitterness while offering flexibility, enabling it to stand out in a crowded market. For espresso preparation, recommended ratios are around 1:2.5 with shot times kept under 26 seconds.
