item was not shipped in the agreed upon time, however Eric has reached out and attempted to make this right. Shipping issues seem to be a frequent problem however, they’re almost always shipped out within the same week and in your hands within 2 days of being shipped. I run a small shop and can’t have boxes of product on hand and order as needed - therefore I typically need quick turn out and try to ask if it’s possible before placing.
