Some softening or complete thawing can occur, that’s normal depending on their time in shipment. It is your teams responsibility to unbox immediately upon arrival. Once each case is checked, immediately place product in your freezer upon delivery. Never stock or sell product that arrives warm or at room temperature. All orders placed by 11:59pm Wednesday evening will ship out the following Monday. All orders placed after 12:00am Thursday morning will ship out the week after. Orders only ship on Mondays. We prep/fill/pack all of our orders for the following Monday shipments on Thursday-Friday. With the growth of our business we have decided to stay regimented about not adding orders to our planned shipments after Wednesday at 11:59pm.
