Husband-and-wife team, Shannon & Katie Imler, founded Ice Cream Factory in 2019 in Eldon, Missouri. What began as a single scoop shop in our hometown quickly pivoted to wholesale (thanks Covid...) thanks to our team’s loyalty, persistence, and a commitment to quality. We craft premium ice cream in small batches with the finest ingredients, no artificial flavors, no artificial stabilizers, and no high fructose corn syrup. Every flavor is rich, creamy, and packed with scratch-made baked goods from our own bakery—brownies, cookie dough, pie crust, and more—designed to stand out in any freezer.
