Everything arrived perfect and as described. Great quality and prices. We were so pleased however a set of six wax melt burners arrived completed smashed. Every single one. Packaging on those not particularly great. But generally very happy with everything :)

I ordered personalized candles and scent reeds, both of which (42 of each) were sent without the logo that was emailed at the time of ordering. Correspondence to resolve the issue has been ongoing, and I was told they would send out the stickers for me to attach. However, they have stopped responding to my emails and have not sent the stickers. This is leaving a very unattractive product that I cannot sell.
