I have loved the FAIRE website for over a year for its simplicity and convenience of shopping great retailers in one place. I’ve also loved having access to small businesses that I would normally not see. I am very disappointed with Faithworks as I noticed this order has been marked up over 10% as compared to the wholesale site- so I am not really getting free shipping. Might reconsider shopping on FAIRE, or at least this brand if this continues with other retailers.

The products are great quality! The shipping charges however are extremely high. I purchased during a special event with FAIRE where they were running 20% off. I ordered a little over $1000 in merchandise (saving $260.58 with the 20% off). No shipping charges were given when I placed my order. I’m enrolled in Faire Insider so I just figured that this was one of the free shipping perks. No. When my order shipped I was charged $260.58 for shipping. Exact amt of the 20% off sale! Not very ethical
