Took almost 2 months to ship, which unfortunately left me no time to sell. I reached out to the brand after several weeks about a shipment update but received no response. Quality seems ok, but not great.

The first part of my order shipped fast and is perfect and darling. So cute and so quality. The second part that I needed in time for Halloween, did not ship on promised day and in fact, did not ever ship. I kept reaching out to vendor for explanation but got no reply. Once I needed to cancel order, I couldn’t get a response to that either. I had to contact Faire mediator to get resolve. I was excited for that Halloween product and kept hoping I could get the situation resolved even w/ delay.
