Our own olive oil comes from the family's olive groves around Chania in western Crete. The olive variety is called Koroneiki and we grow without poison or chemical fertilizers. The olives are pressed solely by mechanical pressing, cold pressing, without chemicals and heating. Cold pressing and early harvesting cause the olive oil to contain a lot of polyphenols which are useful antioxidants. It has a pleasant taste that is fruity and slightly grassy. Net volume 250 ml. Our olive oil has won the silver medal in the Taste Olymp Awards 2021 competition and Great taste 2star 2022! Try combining with any of our tasty balsamics for a wonderfully tasty salad!
