This Minnesota Leather Journal is the perfect travel companion. It measure 6" x 4.5" and features: • 200 pages (counting both sides) of 67 lb, unlined vellum paper • paper is acid free with a slight tooth so it works wonderfully with all dry media, pen and ink and can even handle light washes • strong waxed linen thread binding the pages directly to the cover • the long stitch binding method so pages lay flat, allowing you to fill up every inch of them • cover made from oil tanned leather • a block print design of Minnesota that I have hand carved and stamped onto suede before hand stitching to the cover Please note: I use is top quality, full grain, Minnesota made oil tanned leather. Your order will contain a variety of leather and photos are only a representation of the design you’re ordering, not necessarily the leather. I am very passionate about slow craft which means that everything you see here has been cut, stitched and finished by my own two hands. No machines used here!
