SO sad to give 1 star, we had great success with this brands Valentines line. Our Easter order was ordered 45 days out and just today 4/22/25. We tried emailing with no response. Life is busy if you can't get product at least respond to your clients. We all run small business and rely on our orders.

I tried to cancel this order when it hadn’t been shipped for two weeks because I knew it wouldn’t get here in time for me to sell at Valentine’s Day. Brand refused to cancel. Very disappointed because now I am out money as I will be unable to sell Valentines bracelets on the 15th.
