It took a long time to receive My order when I reached out they said basically this was faire’s fault not theirs. I explained that most of my business is done in the summer and the reason I chose them was because I searched under products it would arrive quickly. No offer to adjust the order or cancel items or any of that basically was told sorry not sorry.
