Their traceability allows in particular the control of their quality and their taste excellence but also to preserve both the environment and the producer, by ensuring the latter a decent remuneration. The Tolima region is one of the wettest in the country, so the project consists in providing mechanical drying silos. This will make it possible to develop the natural process in order to reduce water consumption and thus have a positive impact on the environment.
