Our business is a monthly subscription box. This order was originally part of a larger order. This item was delayed, which we only found out from a note scrawled on the packing slip with not indication of when this part would ship. This part of the order arrived after we had already shipped the monthly boxes to our subscribers. ITO EN has good matcha, but working out some fulfillment kinks would be helpful.

ITO EN's matcha was popular with our subscribers, but there were a few issues with fulfillment. One item we ordered was delayed, but we only found out because a note was scrawled on the packing slip (without an indication as to when the rest of our order would ship).
