All of our macarons are made to order and shipped according to timelines developed from over 7 years of successful fulfillment experience. While we carefully schedule shipments to meet requested dates, carrier delays can occasionally occur and are unfortunately beyond our control. In this case, the buyer indicated they would refuse the package due to the delay, and we agreed. However, the shipment was accepted and kept. As stated in our policy, we are unable to issue refunds for orders that are both delivered and retained, as this would result in free product. Taste preferences are subjective. Our macarons are trusted by retailers nationwide and are known for being fresh, made to order, and offering one of the largest classic and vegan macaron selections available.
