As stated the brand separated my order into 4 shipments, 2 orders separated yet sent on the same day. Charging $17 each for shipping 4 box card sets. They even sent the final order after I asked to cancel and acknowledged. $17 shipping on a $36 order??? There is no profit margin on this.

Products are gorgeous.. however the brand separated the order, this larger order, $19 to ship and 3 more orders of just $36 each charging almost $18 for each order. Sending even after I asked and they acknowledged to cancel. Their solution a discount on a future order, NO THANKS!!! I’m already losing money on your products as each set is at a cost of about $14. I’ve been a member of Faire for about 3 years and this unfortunately is my first bad review out of over 200 purchases.

Got the wrong order, reached out to the brand multiple times with NO RESPONSE!! how do you not answer your customers! Nice products but will never order again due to customer service. Very disappointing.
