I was amazed at how quickly I received my order! I liked that they used the minimal amount of packaging needed to fit all the products for shipping. It helps reduce the environmental impact a little but at least. The synthetic hair they use is very nice quality and I really like the design of the ponytails. They are easy to use and look great. The colors are very vibrant and the hair is soft. Also, the company quickly responded to questions I had before purchasing.
