I LOVE Babe Lash products. The serum is the best Ive ever used. The conditioner is amazing. I’m a mascara junkie and their mascara is truly in a league of its own& the lip plumper is awesome. With that being said-I had a time sensitive order that said it’d be shipped on 9/24. 9/24 passed & I sent messages, emails, I called, etc & nobody on any outlet could even respond to me. It didn’t ship until 10/6.The whole time nobody could tell me the status?Great products.Gross lack of customer care.

Babe Original Volumizing Mascara
Mascaras come in dry and there are no refunds on it. They have gone up in price to $12.50 and they say msrp is $25. But on website they are being sold for $15. How are small business supposed to make money off of this? Margins are low and it just feels like they don’t care about their wholesale accounts. Disappointing because praised this brand for years.
