We love the luxe cutlery line, and it does sooo well in our store, but every time we have ordered, so many of the cutlery packages arrive broken. They seem to be tossed into the shipping boxes with little to no protective wrap around them, so the packaging is cracked and pieces falling out which we cannot sell.

The product is poorly packaged for resale and the “owner” is extremely unprofessional. So much so, that we opted to return the ENTIRE order and not deal with them ever again. Thankfully, Faire was extremely helpful with the situation and assisted us in returning all of the items.

16 of 36 items that I ordered for my store front arrived damaged. Alot of the silverware was unscrewed and the packaging was cracked/broken. Some of the packaging arrived previously damaged and taped back together which is not professional, especially to send to a store front. Unfortunately will probably never order from here again.
