Unfortunately my first experience was not great. Items did not ship when promised. I had to ask & did not get a response they just shipped 1 of 2 boxes. I sent multiple messages until I got a status. I understand holidays are busy, but we missed Small Business Sat. & the following weekend where we have a large holiday event in our town. I ordered early enough 11/6. I did get the 2nd box very late, still with no response to my message & no apology or acknowledgement. Disappointed
