I want to start by saying that I truly like the hats, and I appreciate the speed of fulfillment — That said, I need to address a concern that has become an issue on our end. TrendyKeys is currently selling the same hats on Etsy for only $6.99 more than the wholesale price on Faire. Unfortunately, this creates a direct conflict with how wholesale and retail relationships are meant to function. A customer brought this to our attention the day we placed these on the sales floor. That sucked.
