I was pleased with the actual product but part of my order was missing. I reached out to the company twice, yet without ANY kind of response. In the end, I had to complain to Faire before my issue was resolved. A suggestion: You have such a nice product to have such sloppy packaging—both shipping and otherwise. I was expecting nice tags, or cards, or labels, but NOTHING. My spoons were loosely wrapped and thrown in the box. It was pathetic!

I was pleasantly surprised at the consistent quality of each product. Other handmade wood brands I’ve shopped through Faire have been uneven in quality. Every spoon, spatula & scraper I got was of an even & good quality. Highly recommended!
