Sassy Woof did a great job of making this right. I have updated my review to a 5-star rating based on the above & beyond service. Thanks, Sassy Woof The products are nice and customers like them. Some items came in plastic sleeves, some didn't, some came with hangers, most didn't, some came with skus/tags, others didn't. I had to manually make sku's for each item, make labels, and unhang them from the hangers, and re-hang them to merchandise these. It was a lot of extra work.
